Tasting Notes-
Rich and full-bodied, reminiscent of a much more expensive Rioja, this wine over-delivers in every way. The tannins have softened while the texture and structure have beautifully matured. Blackberry and black raspberry flavors are prevalent, along with touches of cocoa, baking spices, vanillin and black pepper, and hints of smoke and toast. A perfect compliment to pasta drenched in either red or white sauce.
